We're glad you're here. These Terms explain how our digital products, workshops, and community spaces work so that everything is clear, respectful, and enjoyable.

01 Definitions

Company / We / Us: D & Co Creative Vision Lab LLP, operating as Design Squad.

You / Customer / Member: the individual purchasing or accessing our products or services.

Digital Products: Canva templates, printable files, downloadable guides, video courses, and other digital content.

Workshops: live or recorded educational sessions delivered online.

Community Access: temporary access to a private group (such as a Facebook group) linked to a specific purchase.

02 What We Provide

We create digital products and creative learning experiences for entrepreneurs and business owners. Product descriptions, access details, and pricing are listed on each product or program page.

03 Payment

Payments are processed in USD through third-party provider Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to process your payment.

04 Access to Digital Products

Digital Products are available immediately after purchase. Please ensure your device and internet connection support downloading and viewing digital content.

Because access is immediate, please review the No Refund Policy below.

05 Community Access (When Included)

Some Digital Products or Workshops include temporary access to a private online community.

Standard access duration: 30 days from the start of the program, unless stated otherwise.
After this period, the group may be archived, meaning you can still view past content but will not be able to post or interact.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove individuals if behavior is inappropriate or harmful.

06 No Refund Policy

Because Digital Products grant instant access, all sales are final.

By purchasing, you agree to the following:

“I understand that I am purchasing a digital product and will receive immediate access. I agree that my right to withdraw or request a refund is waived once access is provided.”

If we choose to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee for any specific program in the future, it will be clearly stated on that program's sales page.

07 Intellectual Property

All Digital Products, course materials, templates, and community content are owned by the Company.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased Digital Products for your own business or personal use.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the content
Claim the content as your own
Use the templates to create competing template products

08 No Guarantees

We are here to support your creative and business journey. However, we cannot promise specific results, sales, or business growth. Your success depends on your work, strategy, consistency, and circumstances.

09 Community Expectations

We encourage respectful, inclusive, and supportive communication. Harmful, aggressive, or spam behavior may result in removal without refund.

10 Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

Business losses
Data loss
Indirect or consequential damages

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our site or products after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
