Thank you for choosing to learn and create with Design Squad. We want you to feel confident and informed about your purchase, so this Refund Policy explains how refunds work for our digital products, workshops, video courses, and community experiences.

01 Digital Products – No Refunds

All digital products (including Canva templates, printables, digital guides, video lessons, and downloadable course content) are delivered with instant access.

Because you receive the full product immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

"I understand that I am purchasing a digital product and will receive immediate access. I acknowledge that once access is provided, I waive my right to cancel or request a refund."

This waiver is required for compliance with international digital goods regulations.

02 Live Workshops & Online Training

Enrollment in live workshops, challenges, or online training events is also non-refundable.

Once your spot is reserved, we commit time, preparation, and resources to your participation. If you cannot attend live, replays or alternative access (when available) will be offered.

03 Community Access (Facebook Groups)

Some programs include access to a private community space.

Community access is provided for 30 days unless otherwise stated on the specific program page.
After this period, the group may be archived, meaning you may view previous content but will no longer be able to post or comment.
Access to the community is a bonus support space, not a separately purchased service, and is therefore not refundable.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful manner.

04 No Results or Outcomes Guaranteed

We love supporting your growth — but your outcomes depend on your own effort, timing, and implementation.

We do not promise any specific business, creative, or financial results. Purchasing our products does not guarantee income, success, or performance.
